FAQ's
1. What makes IFC different from other football academies?
IFC is not just a football school — is an international project of integral formation. With custom training, focus on physical, technical and emotional development, and intercultural experiences, we work with intent to form better players and people.
2. From how old can my son enter the academy?
We accept children and young people from the age of 10. The classes are organized by age and technical level to ensure adequate development at each stage.
3. How do international internships and exchange programmes work?
We receive young people from other countries in Lisbon and we also organise experiences abroad. Participants live an intense week of training, culture, language and autonomy — all with accommodation, food, supervision and insurance included.
4. Are the trainings compatible with the school calendar?
Yeah. The IFC adapts its schedules to school routines. We have intensive vacation training (summer, Christmas and Easter).
5. Will my son have a chance to be watched by scouts or clubs?
Friendly games will also be useful in this sense. In the stage of 10 there will be several training games, where everyone will be able to shine next to renowned clubs.
